NATIONAL SENTIMENTS WERE HURT, INDIANS WERE OPENLY EMBARRASSED.
I am deeply moved by something that happened today at Nathan Phillip Square, Toronto, Canada.
The location was one of the city's cream spot for celebration. The Concrete jungle circled the square and people from all cultures, religion and ethnicity were present there to witness the glorious Indian Parade decorated and colorful.
To celebrate India's Independence, today on 20th August 2017, India Day Parade Event was organized.
It was an amazing and glamorous effort attended by several top-notches from the City and the Indian Community.
We all know it takes ages to make ones good image. The Stage of the India day Parade was decorated with the presence of prominent Bollywood Actress Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundara.
Other eminent people who attended were Jake Dheer, Sanjeev Malik of UPICA and people from 29 other states of India. It was a peaceful Indian gathering. So flamboyant, so full of life.
But sadly, Right on the other side of the street, were a group of men screaming and shouting "Indian government SHAME SHAME" "INDIAN ARMY SHAME SHAME" "NARENDRA MODI SHAME SHAME"

Honestly, I don't think this was the occasion or place to do it. If people claiming Khalistan - or whatever it is, want something back in India, they should protest in that territory. To be more honest, It was very embarrassing for all the other Indians attending the event.
Because of their loudspeakers, the whole of Toronto could see the funny situation.
I don't think people from XXX Khalistan XXX have the right to hurt our national sentiments like that openly. I don't think, We Indians in abroad deserved to be embarrassed like this in front of people from other Nationalities, because each day we try to present a better image of a United India.
This was highly unappreciated. The link is here for you too see and hear what they are saying and doing.
I AM FALLING SHORT OF WORDS TO EXPRESS MY TRUEST EMOTIONS. I feel so so sad.
